when I came to entrance 8 these two older women told me i wasn’t allowed to use the elevator to get to level 5 quicker because it’s all blocked off. That’s a bunch of BS. So I had to drive all the way to entrance 5. Wasted a lot of my time when I could have used the shorter way.!!!

If I’ve learned one thing from having multiple children with deliveries and hospital stays it’s to never initially trust a hospital with how much you owe them for their services! Always check with your insurance and never pay anything without an explanation of benefits from your insurance company. Saint Francis called me with a self pay balance I “owe” stating my insurance denied any coverage for my delivery costs. Called my insurance, they covered 100% of costs and they’ve contacted SF multiple times with benefit explanatio... read more

I've never had a good experience with this hospital. They discharged me with a spinal headache after giving birth to my daughter. Now I need surgery that I cannot ignore and wish more than anything i did not have to put my trust or most importantly my life in their hands. All they want is money. They do not care about the people at all and it shows. I pray I make it out of surgery, unfortunately if my pre-op is any indication of what is to come, it does not look good.

I took my son to the ER due to an extremely high fever. The clinical team did a great job treating him, however when I received my bill I noticed they charged me over $100 for one dosage of Tylenol they gave him. Obviously I called to dispute that and was told the process was that a supervisor would call me back. Never heard from anyone until I received something in the mail from a collection agency. So, in short -- St Francis charged me WAY too much for common medication and then sent my bill to collections rather than call... read more

This hospital is by far the WORST hospital I have EVER been to. When I went into labor they argued with my about my doctor then told me to calm down I had plenty of time. I kept telling them please help I was having my baby when they finally got around to looking they whispered she is having the baby right now. They told me it was too late for any pain medicine. After being tortured and made to give birth with nothing for pain they gave me a narcotic and made me sign something saying I would not sue.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in April of 2019. I've had all my chemo treatments there and still having maintenance treatments there. I had a bilateral mastectomy there in November of 2019. I have the best oncologist, Dr. Carlos Robles. i love this hospital and the staff. They have given me excellent care. I highly recommend this facility.
