Very disappointed in there service to customer satisfaction after they sell you the auto.I will not buy anything else from them again. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get friendly service or even polite people to answer my questions. I will be contacting General Motors directly.
This the second time i have used their service department..needless to say a person should not have to wait over 4 hours to replace brake pads (my first time was the same wait, but i thought I'd give then the benefit of the doubt for a 2nd shot) . ..also customer service was seriously lacking.. there was no acknowledgement from any of the employees while i was waiting in the lobby..i expected a lot more from a GMC BUICK dealer as far as customer service and was really let down..I will not be taking my vehicle to be serviced ... read more
I recently had an issue with a lease turn in. Out of frustration I turned to social media to voice my frustration. After dealing with the sales manager today I had a very positive outcome. Customer service satisfaction!
