I had an issue with my Terrain involving the airbags. It has 80k miles so I wasn't expecting a ton of help. My old dealership, where I purchased the vehicle, was less than helpful so I was put in touch with St. Clair Chevrolet for help. The service department, especially Tammy and Jennifer have been so helpful from the start. They immediately looked at the vehicle to see what was wrong and then worked with me and GM's customer assistance center to help cover the cost of the repair because it is a safety concern.
