Excellent sales staff and service dept! Call Eric Deising for all of your needs
The staff were nice and friendly. BUT....I made the appointment for a reason. I sat there for 4 hours because they didn't have the part. Knowing, when I made the appointment, it needed to be replaced. That should have been in stock. Especially since I made the appointment almost 2 weeks beforehand. Very aggravating and a huge waste of my time.
Very good service, but 2 major engine problems in less than a year and 3 recalls on my new car I haven't paid off yet. Looking to dump it for something else.
I must say...my purchase experience at St. Clair Chevrolet Buick GMC was nothing short of phenomenal! My sales associate Eric Deising was probably the most professional, courteous, accommodating, hard-working person I've ever met! Plus he was funny, handsome, and a fantastic percussionist to boot! If there was anyone in this world I would want to emulate, it would be Eric "Fast Eddie" Deising! The management team should really consider giving him a massive pay raise...
