It saddens me to write this because I've been a loyal customer for almost a decade and I love my salesperson. I just feel the need to let everyone know to be careful dealing with the management. I turned in my leased car before my mileage was about to go over. GM financial is sticking me with a bill for $800 saying I went over my mileage when I didn't. I have had my truck there 2 times this month once for a malfunctioning liftgate and once for a “scary noise” (rear caliper??) I received amazing service from everyone I encountered!! Thank you especially to Tim in the service center for making sure i had a vehicle, a ride and all my kids baseball crap. Also got a ride from Shelly and a gentleman whose name I didn’t catch. Both lovely people. Thank you again!!
Brought my car there for service for 9 years. Called about my headlights they worked on last year because of a recall. Light is burned out now. They say I am not in the system & don't know anything about my car. Like it is my fault they lost me in the system.
Horrible experience with the service department! I do not recommend taking your vehicle here unless you never want to drive it again!

I want to thank Jake, Tim, and Jason for all their help! My 07 trailblazer was a hot mess with no compression in cylinder 6. The first shop I had it at kept pushing for me to get a used motor to put in it. I had it taken to the dealership for a second opinion. Once they started working on it they realized it was only a valve spring. Saved me so much money by fixing the actual problem. Y’all rock!
