Customer service and the finance department are the absolute worst to work with. Very rude all the way around. Leased a vehicle around 3 months ago. After making the initial down payment and a couple monthly payments made directly at GMC St. Clair. We have yet to receive a payment book from GM Financial. My husband has been calling St. Clair to find status just to be given the run around. Call GM Financial direct and they have no record of us having the vehicle.
