I stayed here for 3 years. The apartment is in a great location and is well maintained. Great gym on the 34th floor and I had few complaints throughout my stay. The maintenance team led by Dean is friendly, responsive and capable. On the flip side, rent is steep and we had minor issues with management team that was slow and lack initiative. That is except for Kam who is clearly carrying the team. She is proactive and gets the job done.

Very nice flats and location in canary wharf. I am from the US, and figuring out the appliances and HVAC system was difficult for me. Colin from maintenance showed me how to use everything - he did a great job and was very patient. All of the staff I have talked to are wonderful!

I’ve had a great experience at Sailmakers thanks to the amazing support from Kam. She has been incredibly helpful, approachable, and responsive — whether by email, phone, or even in person. It’s really reassuring to have someone so reliable and easy to communicate with throughout. Thank you for making everything much smoother and less stressful!
