These people don't know their ass from their elbow. My AC is broken and instead of sending someone right away it's been HOURS with NOTHING. I have a child with cancer who cannot overheat. These people run the rent up more every time u have a payment due for some stupid crap fee. I cannot wait to leave. DO NOT rent with sage management.
I am a Tenant at Sage Management this is a good place to live so come in to see for your self. Come to Amberwood Rd office you will be glad you did.
If you thing about moving in here you are crazy Every sense Sage as taking over this property you can never get anything fixed waiting for over three hours for maintenance guy and I'm going to lose a days pay
Run from the company terrible service if I could I would use my money else where at least the money is going to b used for a purpose also they shouldn't have washer or dryer they don't even wash the clothes I spent 15dollars on one load to dry and after seven times to dry guess what still didn't dry waste of money here
Not a good place to rent from trust me Google sage management lawsuit
