RecommendedI in fact due recommend This Rental property but Duvall Westside staff to be specific has not helped me seek justice in finding a hit an run suspect now i have to come out of my pocket to fix my car when this could have been avoidable whats the point of having cameras ??? but “This is why you have insurance” i was interrupted multiple times while expressing my situation smh and on too of that i had to wait 4 days for IT ppl to look at footage honestly useless at that point
Very unprofessional. Lived there for 3 years and when I went to move out they tried to charge me for cleaning and new carpet as if that isn’t their job to re clean a apartment when being re rented to new tenants. $300 worth of cleaning
Sage Ventures are unprofessional and thieves, they loose your lease and force you to pay money. Stay far away from this place and any property they own!
They are roach infested and bedbug infested they won’t let u move they will make u stay n those deplorable living conditions dead roaches n light fixture and they move people right in knowing all of this they have open lawsuits against them for over charging people to live with roaches and bedbugs 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I dislike how management operates. I have tried several times to resolve simple issues. For what they charge the service is beyond limited. I so hate the previous managers sold the towns at heritage hill formerly known as the coves.
There is a sewage problem at Rogers Post. There is Mold and Mildew in the laundry room of bldg 4020. They have recently pained over the mold and every 2 to 3 months there is raw sewage released into the laundry room. The apartments are infested with roches and rodents. This is a very unhealthy living environment. I have had to report the sewage problem to the city so they would address the raw sewage and mold issue
