I have been a tenant with the Sage Choice for about 7 months and this is by far the best experience i have ever had. Theyre are very reasonable and accomodate everyones needs. I plan on staying for years.
Great starter place for rent. Everything is close by such as shopping areas, MVA, post office and good restaurants. Neighborhood is safe, friendly and quite. Everyone pretty much mind their business. The staff works diligently to help get your issues resolved in a timely manner. They follow up with you if extra work is needed. They are very respectful and friendly. I have been a tenant of this company for about a year and I am very pleased with the services provided by their representatives. I would highly recommend renting from them! Their turn around on maintenance requests at Heritage Hill are very quick and efficient. Their leasing team is excellent and always make you feel at home and welcome.
We have been living here at heritage hill for about three months now and I love it. The office staff is very helpful and friendly and made our move in process so easy for us! We love our neighbors and the family vibe we get from the community. The maintenance guy who came and helped me with what I needed was very nice and came right away. We absolutely love it here! Also very pet friendly place!
I have been tenant for 2 years and I most say that I am very pleasant the staff is caring and respectful and maintenance is outstanding I must say that would recommend others to experience what I am experiencing �

I love living at The Townes! Everytime i need something they are right on it. The property Manager really cares about the tenants and Andrea and Robyn are really great to work with and they very professional.😊
