I moved to Heritage Hill in September and I love my townhome � and my neighbors are very nice and Robin is just the best really profesional makes you feel at home, I really recommend this community.
I’ve been a tenant for about 5 years. I have been pleased with the services provided by this company. The rent was affordable as well. I loved that they remodeled the apartments after they took over from the other company. The renovations left the apartment more spacious than before! No matter the intensity of needs from tenants , they diligently pursued to satisfy the needs in a timely manner. I would recommend sage management, they have a positive aura and do their best to make you feel at home.

These guys are amazing. I hear so many horrible stories about people's first apartment but these guys made sure I didn't experience that. Every issue gets fixed within days and they always make sure the property stays clean. It's a truly awesome space and I'm glad I chose safe for my first place.
Horrible experience since they took over the property management. Management doesn't know their head from their tale! They charge fees that they can't explain. When you question management on it they refer to you as hostile or combative. I should have left when the management of the property changed. Andrea Weese is the worst!!!
Property management is terrible, washer/ dryer frequently breaks, had holes in my ceiling, a tree that I warned them about fell on my car twice and is over $6000 dollars in damages, sage management has been trying to duck paying the bill even though they are completely responsible
So far I been wit sage for 6 years now going on 7 in November nd they have some great people working for them nd I lived at three of their property they are great nd I will continue to b wit them cause they are good people
