I been at heritage hills for a year now!! I love it Andrea is the best. I know I'm home. I won't move because anything else will be less than perfect.
Sage Management(Frederick Ave), are not the place you want to live at-#1 no security,shit the drug dealers have KEYS to the security front doors - #2 - maintenance is a joke - #3- parking, they have a parking lot but they won't let us used it anymore - #4 - who ever is the cleaning company needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY - #5- dumpster,only have one for the whole apartments building - #6- I can go on and on about sage management and it won't get any better
My husband and I have lived here for the last 4 years and we have loved it. Management has always been very prompt with maintenance requests and especially lately have done a great job of maintaining the gym.
I've been living here 8 yrs. The management and staff has exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, efficient maintenance overall a comfortable living experience. I would highly recommend living here to anyone. Affordable prices and spacious apartments.
I live in the leasing office building and the property manager is a great person and the assistant they work with you. Never have I been in a community that understands life happens this is the first place that does. I recommend everyone to apply and move here
I've been living at Rogers Post over a year now. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with my apt. The area is nice and quiet and the neighbors are nice. I did have a problem with mice when I first moved in but with extermination and the problems moving out (dirty tenants) they are now gone. Management is friendly and helpful.
