Absolutely terrible. Yes the staff is friendly but the service is terrible. Repair jobs are "half a**ed" my ceiling has been leaking for 2 months nothing has been done. Property is rodent infested. And just to say the very least, when I moved in the carpet hadn't even had a basic cleaning. Yes ridiculous
