One of the worst housing I have had attic door just fell off the hinges and is letting extreme hot air into my house during a heatwave, made an appointment was ignored for a month rang up and was laughed at and explained “science” on how it’s not possible.. and told they won’t make an appointment to fix before the heatwave ridiculous!
Once you're on the other side it take years to resolve any issues. They're unreachable and unbothered, the staff turnover at this company is so high as often the person dealing with your issue will leave the business altogether and you have to start the process again. Build quality is absolutely awful with things breaking all the time. These people are not capable of escalating a problem, let alone resolving it and yet the service charge and rent goes up nearly 11-12% each year... Like most reviews if I could give no stars I would the staff are rude then when you make a complaint they say you will get a phone call from the management team and never do and have to keep chasing them up I reported a repair over a year ago and still waiting for it to be fixed they don't care about your safety as it took them over a month to reset the communal fire alarm and the security system to stop people who don't live in the bloke has not worked for over a year I must say this is the worse housing association I have ... read more
Wish I saw these reviews before we purchased have had zero support or contact since moving in in December. Was promised a home demonstration didn’t get one, unable to set up accounts to pay utility bills because they haven’t set up our account properly. Major issues with the flat and now an appearant leak but every email ignored every call I get a ‘oh bless you’ ‘we will pass it on’ and then nothing. An absolute disgrace. 1 Star is a travesty, it should be -10. They didn't even visit the property to sign it off as fit for purpose. I got the keys and inherited a water leak, with totally damaged cupboard unit that needs to be replaced, floors upstairs and down that need to be pulled up and relaid again from scratch, a driveway that needs to be taken up and redone, a backdoor that dropped to the point it couldn't lock, a garden gate with the same issue, incorrectly installed and heavily damaged fence post that needs to be r... read more
