They don't do much for mum
Some of the carers are very caring, helpful and attentive others I would not employ, no time for the patient, not interested in the job and in and out within 15 mins or sooner if they can get away with it, even though they are given 30 mins to care for the patient. The office is in disarray with no control.
Cares are generally good and care about the people they look after but management are a joke. Half of the them only work in the office because they are mates! Not because they are any good at there job, rude and nasty people in that office that don’t care a bit about anyone! Staff or service users.
