I only went to get my blood taken but I want to leave a review because I had an amazing experience. I have huge anxiety around blood tests and I tend to get dizzy and panic attacks, etc. The nurse who was working when I was there (31.03.2026 8 am) was incredibly skilled and empathetic. We had a bit of a language barrier so she pulled out google translate to understand properly how my body reacts, she reclined my seat, gave me her stool to put up my legs and handed my partner a fan to keep me cool while she was taking the blo... read more
There was one lovely, sympathetic doctor here and she unfortunately left. I he other doctors are rude, dismissive and gaslight you. I have been registered here for over 5 years and will now move on. They leave me in tears every time I visit EDIT: they now gave my daughter an incorrect prescription cream that was dangerous and could make her condition worse, the huiartenpost got us the right one. I repeat - do NOT go here!
This is a normal huisarts. I do not understand the low reviews, honestly. I have twice now called for relatively minor issues and received an in person appointment within 24 hours of calling. Both doctors have been knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Their digital platform is also very convenient. Of course, many people do not think to review their huisarts when everything is normal, so I would like to balance out these reviews a bit. Horrible place. do not subscribe to be a patient if you want to have assistance when you need it. The GPs don't care about you nor have skills to be a doctor. After years of bad care I finally moved away and am being treated properly elsewhere. The difference is so big that I regret not going away earlier
