Stated a start date for the scaffolding to be erected but failed to arrive. Same again for the next TWO days. No reason, excuse, explanation. I cancelled the work and sent an email saying how I felt. No response or acknowledgment.
I can't say as they never got back to me.
They have done a couple of repair jobs for me, always reliable and professional. Reasonable price too.
Worked on my roof which is part of a listed building in Linton. All done on time and for the quoted price. Can't complain. Penny
