Once again I have called to sort something with the receptionist. Extremely rude over the phone not letting me speak! Ellen I spoke to today was not helpful and wouldn’t not assist me clearly in getting my medication. I have now had to call 111 to get a repeat prescription. I will now be moving surgery as this is an ongoing issue with the customer service.
signed up here after moving to the area a year ago - had helpful advice on how to sign up. No problems since with repeat prescriptions, non-emergency appointments, telephone appts or consultant referral. Very happy with the service provided so far.
This surgery is a joke !!! Been trying for weeks for an appointment, eventually had to go to Poland in the end to get a proper diagnosis from my blood tests at a cost of £24 . Can’t understand why we pay so high taxes for our so called NHS
