I came to Toby Warrener at Safflower Acupuncture Clinic in Crystal Palace with a sore shoulder, and after just three sessions over three weeks, he completely fixed the issue. Toby is incredibly skilled, professional, and knows exactly how to target problem areas with precision. I was impressed by his expertise and the effectiveness of his treatments. Having suffered with persistent upper and lower vertebrae pain for many years - I found the care and more holistic approach at Safflower with Toby, incredibly beneficial and less invasive than other treatments I have used in the past. I would highly recommend a course of treatment - and will continue to return for further courses as a more preventative approach to managing my mobility and pain levels.

Toby is great, I’ve been having Shiatsu Massage and feel great, not only has Toby helped me with my pain he has helped me with my digestive system, I feel great and have lost weight too his knowledge has helped me get back on track very happy client

I've been receiving Shiatsu massage from Toby for around 3 months at Safflower and have noticed great improvements in many areas of my life. Notably, Toby was able to resolve a long-standing rib injury in one session. The results are hard to explain but I feel calmer and more stable in my body. I work in a very stressful and intense job and our sessions are a sanctuary away from the chaos. I would recommend Safflower to anyone looking to stabilise their mind and body.

I have been going here since March as I have really bad period to point I couldn’t walk amongst other issues. I can’t recommend this place enough. I am able to walk on my periods and I can see a massive improvement in my overall health. Cathrine is so caring kind and passionate about what she does. I like paying for a service where the person cares for your well-being and wants the best for your health, whiles educating you.
