My complaint is regarding the Pharmacy #1242 on 29th Ave in Spokane, Wa. I have been using the store for over 10 years now. My complaint is not with the personnel but with the lack of personnel. They have a great team that have stuck together over the years but seem to get no relief from corporate and do not have the ability to operate that pharmacy properly because they are shorthanded almost all the time. Worlds worst pharmacy. rude, rude, rude. They don’t call when something is wrong with your prescription. They simply say, “Oh well, it’s the computers fault.” Please don’t use this pharmacy. They are not capable. They do not go the extra mile for their customers.
I wonder if the pharmacist and staff ever went to school? Every single prescription has been wrong or there has been a problem with it. I was actually told it was MY fault! Yep, I’m the one who orders the prescription’s right? Find another pharmacy.
