GRIEVANCE PHONED INTO PACIFIC SOURCE ON 7/24/25 On 7/1/2025, Dr. sent a prescription for 1 albuterol inhaler. Safeway charged me a $24 copay, double what it should be. I asked them about it. They said the prescription is for one inhalation up to 6 times a day and said the prescription said it was for 33 days. What? They took the total inhalations (200) and divided it by 6 inhalations a day = 33 days, so 2 copays. What? I called pacific source, they left safeway a message, safetway said they didn't get it.
