Great customer service. The amenities are nice, wish the heater for the indoor pool was working, but after the spring fed jacuzzi, it was refreshing. We will definitely be back.
What an awesome place! The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Our suite was gorgeous, very spacious & very quiet. We had a beautiful view of the bay from our balcony. Everything was very, very clean...and I'm picky! The pool area was very nice with great music and awesome drinks! The spa was complete heaven! The dinners we had at the Fountain Grille were absolutely delicious! We will most definitely be back!!
A truly appalling place. Not clean, in terrible state of decrepitude. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Also, Received chemical burns from the hot tub. Would not recommend
