Outdated. This hotel is in need of a MAJOR refurbishment. Rooms are moldy and the the decor is tacky and outdated. The entire resort is decorated like a poor-mans Caesar 's Palace. The spa is weird and creepy and the indoor pool needs to be cleaned. On paper, this place sounds great. But in reality it's an old hotel placed in a great area and cute little town so it will continue to get business which is probably why they haven't bothered with upkeep. Oh and the staff was pretty awful as well.
Had Easter Brunch today! The WORST service I have had anywhere in a very long time! This was a terribly disappointing experience!
Such a beautiful venue for so many events! I've also had the pleasure of staying here and enjoying their wonderful spa!! My daughter gave me the gift of a day of beauty a few years back and it was incredible!! I highly recommend this pampering and exquisite spa!! What a great gift!!
I love the place !! Me and my boyfriend had a great weekend.. The massages was great spa is awesome !! I recommend to anyone !
They didnt let us know our massage therapist called off sick. Let us show up and didnt offer any other services. No apologies. Wont ever be going back.
Had our wedding there and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the resort and staff . Our wedding coordinator Maria Touloumis was a complete angel! So efficient and friendly we could not have asked for more. What a blessing in such a hectic time! The resort is also in a prime location for small town day and night life with lots of fun events and shops to stroll through. The staff and food were also 5 star and don't forget to try one of their famous bloody marys!
Came last weekend with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. I have nothing but great things to say about this Resort. This Resort is beautiful and very relaxing; from the spacious rooms, memory foam beds and pillows, beautiful relaxing patios, great indoor and outdoor pool with tiki bar, awesome view of the Bay, great spa, sauna, natural spring water pool in girls locker room, indoor hot tubs, Restaurant and shops, and the staff were very sweet and kind. Can't wait to come back!
Place needs minor repairs before they become big repairs. Broken glass on our patio, hair in our shower (not ours), and tv stopped working , had to be unplugged and reprogrammed twice in 5 mins. Beautiful place! Staff very friendly.
I've been photographing weddings here since the late 80's. The ouside fountains are just beautiful for wedding photos as well as other parts of the grounds. With the hotel and ballrooms on the same location it really does make for a stress free wedding day.
