What were all thinking to cut down ancient tree to make parking???
1st time having a private event there and I couldn't be more happier with the turn out. The resort, staff and their gourmet catering was on a 5 star level for my sister's bridal shower, Diana C. was extremely helpful, she bent over backwards for me. If you are looking for a venue that will offer world class service this is the place!
Makes for a great day. And, the restaurant has the best bisque I've ever had.
I absolutely love this place!!! Checked into my beautiful room and received the best massage I have had. It was so relaxing and warming,and everyone was so nice and friendly. I cant wait to come back !!!!

This place is beyond unreasonable. I was ill and a member of my party instructed them as to my illness. I still got charged. Another member of my party walked out during her massage and one did not even get her pedicure finished and her nails were still dirty.... Our group will never be back. Customer service sucks!!!

Called to get an appointment, was transferred on the phone 5 times and spoke to 4 different people AND still could not make an appointment! I told Jessica never mind, I'll go to La Mirage Salon and Spa. Called La Mirage, and have an appointment within 5 minutes for tomorrow.
Don't join the spa. This place is the most mismanaged resort I have ever encountered
