One of my favorite places, great room by the pool, even squeezed my sister and I in for a massage on a busy holiday weekend. We got a great package deal too, very reasonable. The amenities were relaxing and wonderful, as always.
Well I was on the Resort, because My friend wedding was yesterday..It was absolutely Beautiful and perfect Place for a wedding ..if I get married again in my life I would like to make.my wedding there.!!!
What a fantastic day! We started with the hair salon, then the steam bath followed by the cold plunge, then off to the jacuzzis. The one on the right is cooler, but has one slot with a very powerful jet. The left one was hot. We continued on to lunch and drinks near the outdoor pool. I love the bar staff...mmmm perfect mojito, great Philly cheesesteak.
I was very disappointed in the customer service department. The staff has not been changed properly. The room was wonderful. The spa amenities were fantastic great facial. The sauna, steam room and gym was outstanding.
I was impressed! The buffet was just fabulous and so were the accommodations for our Bridal Shower. Wait service was very attentive to our needs and aided us to make our surprise shower a success. Definitely a "go back to place.". Even though we were not in a private room we had a wonderful time.!
The spa renovations look like they are complete now...beautiful new sauna and steam room area, food is great. However, the customer service always seems to taint the experience a bit. Some hospitality industry training would make a huge difference.
Love the safety Harbor resort and Spa. .. Walking distance from our House....excellent Food and Atmosphere! !

I checked in Friday for a Friday night wedding. Check in process went smooth and the gentleman at the front desk was nice and cordial. Spa treatments on Friday and Saturday were all excellent. The Spa is neat, clean, and maintained well. The bar staff needs to attend a class on proper etiquette and dealing with the public. The female bartender at the pool was both curt and rude. The bartender inside was the same way. I'm not sure if they understand the concept and meaning of working in the "Hospitality" field.
