Driving home from our wedding weekend at the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa. We were sad to leave but also very happy to have had such an amazing experience. Everything was perfect! A big thanks to Maria and the rest of the staff that helped make our perfect day possible. We can't wait to go back!
Love the hotel staff! Ppl are sure friendly and very helpful. I had a gel pedicure and it was just so so. For 80$, I would expect amazing. I was disappointed. I have 2 other services scheduled so we will see.

Very loud wedding parties and drunk people in the hallways until 3 am. Management unresponsive.
Thus was the worst spa experience I've ever had. They are completely on organized and the staff needs serious training. We had lunch while having our spa services, I would not recommend the lunch either. After such poor service I went to get my car from the valet and he could not find my key, he asked me to go find my key myself. When I went back into the lobby the desk clerk was extremely rude. I spoke with a manager who was no help I would not recommend safety Harbor spa to anyone.
I just wish the resort would comp me a room once a month.
Love the facilitaties, pools, steam room, saunas, mineral bath and tiki bar.
Amazing hotel! I was upgraded to a fantastic room, but even beyond that I cannot speak highly enough about the service and amenities! One of my favorite things was the spring water provided free of charge at various coolers throughout the hotel. Most hotels leave expensive bottles of water in the room. This hotel leaves a carafe and a water cooler bringing you delicious spring water 24/7...free of charge. The pool was refreshing, the staff was amazing. My balcony overlooking the bay was the perfect way to spend 3 days.
Awesome place! Everyone is so nice and makes you feel welcome. Always a great getaway!
