Tried calling 5 times to schedule spa services. Either was put on hold for an extended amount of time or they just let the phone ring. Complained to operator and she never apologized once and acted like I was annoying her. Will take my services to Spa Oceana at the Don CeSar!
Great place. Room was great. Staff was great. The town has lots to offer. Spa services was awesome Looking forward to my next visit.

I had the best spa day! I did the perfect day and everyone was so welcoming and amazing! RIchie did my massage and it was hands down the best massage I've ever had! He listened to where my problem areas where and worked those areas to the point where I literally felt brand new! Daya did my facial and she was wonderful recommending the perfect products to satisfy my needs! I am already planning my next spa day and plan to bring my mom and sister. It was an amazing experience!
We had a beautiful Bay view balcony room, it was awesome...The view was spectacular. Would go back again..
Paradise at the end of an awesome little town.. with shops and eateries... love love love it..
