I use the day passes, and that is the absolute best thing I've done for myself this year. It is so relaxing on a weeknight get out of the bad traffic north on 19 and stop in at the spa for the lap pool, jacuzzi and sauna. I Love Love, Love this place! 20+ years guest

My husband and I had our wedding here about 4 weeks ago! We worked with Maria for about a year planning everything! I have absolutely no complaints and I am in awe about how beautiful, smooth and amazing everything went. Maria is SUCH a hard worker & she made sure every detail to the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were spot on. SHE AND HER CREW NAILED IT!!!! If you are getting married here, GET YOUR OWN WEDDING PLANNER! Maria added more stress to every situation. Confusing layout, poor management, Okay accommodations, okay food, and rude staff in the restaurant by the lobby. The spa looked nice....
2nd year and had bad experience. Not sure if we will be back next April!! Short help and management had nothing to say about it. The room bed sheet were 5 count, patio furniture was missing, not sure why we paid extra for a balcony!! �Pool desk was nasty filthy had to keep flip flops on!! �
So many things to enjoy all in one place. The pools are so refreshing, the tiki bar has fabulous cocktails. Interested in having an event? This is definitely the best place, the food is mouth watering and the staff will take care of your every need.
The resort is very out dated. The restaurant food and service was not good. I had 3 spa treatments done. The estitician who did my facial talked the entire time and cut my time from 50min to 40min. When I had the hydration wrap done the service was 35min instead of 50 min and had a torn out dated bath towel to cover my naked body. When I was waiting on my massage appointment there was apples in the waiting room and 2 out out of 4 apples were rotten. Not impressed with the services and will not be going back.
