The hotel was very nice. Rooms were great. My only complaint was the guy who cooks for the pool bar (in the little cook hut) was EXTREMELY RUDE. Over all the hotel itself is gorgeous.
Called the number Facebook page suggests and I asked to be connected to the restaurant to make a reservation for brunch but I was told that they don't take reservations for brunch at the restaurant......and I should call the reservations number while they proceeded to hang up on me ! Amazing customer service don't you think? Pass on this one!
Very upscale venue, with beautiful furnishings. Reception staff were more than accommodating. I had the lavender dreams treatment which was relaxing and nice for the skin. The therapist just didn't seem quite up to the high quality of the spa. She was nice enough just not professional.
The brunch was outstanding! The staff was great and the grounds were just as beautiful!!!
Locals who decided to get a Harbor Splash special and stay over, to meet up with some friends. Nice room, free dinner, free breakfast and bottomless drink of the day or add on $2 for any other drink. Free soft drinks. Use all facilities- overall great deal and always fun at the tiki and pool all day.
We really enjoyed our one day/night stay at the resort! A beautiful property with a pleasant staff and well-kept, elegant rooms, bars and restaurants on site, with a great brunch buffet, and plenty of amenities. We did not have time to take advantage of spa services, but they offer some decent packages.
My girlfriend and I loved how they treated us so well. They showed us where to park the huge tractor for our stay. Everyone was so nice. We had dinner at the grill. Dexter was a very good waiter. He made sure we had our dinner at the same time since my girlfriend had the pasta buffet. I had the grouper which was excellent. The room facing the veranda was very nice and clean. Thank you for loosing the reservation I made for my wife and her friend to have a spa day today. There is apparently a communication issue between the reservation department and the spa. Cindy, in the reservation department, said she could not help me because she did not handle the original reservation even though I had the confirmation number and the name of the individual when I made the reservation. have me the wrong room then wanted to argue with me about what I booked. Left the entire meal at the restaurant. Terrible. Front desk thinks there is an ice machine on every floor. I'm still waiting on them to call me to tell me exactly where it is. All in all this has been the most terrible vacation one could have received. We will be saying so long to SH and will let our friends know this isn't the place to come.
