Nice place, good little getaway. Management team needs to not belittle their staff in front of patrons though. Had a great time and experience.
Nothing to do. Dead Not even music by the pool area. No entertainment of any kind.... I get the Spa part relaxing quiet but there is separate section for that... The resort should include something with the stay. The prices are way to high for food and drinks it's ridiculous and the food is mediocre nothing special about it so No reason for 7 dollar eggs... Had the Sunday Brunch. It was excellent!! Especially enjoyed the prime rib, the eggs benedict and the salmon. The desert bar had everything you can imagine! Will definitely be back!
I liked that the room was big and clean along with The pool view however we went to the Foutains restaurant for dinner and I was bothered that the floors were dirty, had pieces of food on them I'm guessing from lunch and included floor stains. The floors were also sticky like they hadn't been moped in a while. For a Resort and Spa I just expected more.
For the price the manicures and pedicures were less than great. They didn't last as long as they were supposed to according to the description and did not give great care. I've had better at my local little corner spot for a lot less money.
Beautiful locatio, relaxing, excellent staff very courteous and professional. A totally perfect experience in pampering.
We are a group of 5 to 8 ladies that have met for years once a week to have a drink or two in the Santorini bar. Tonight we wanted to celebrate one our members birthday with a cake only to find out we'd have to pay $1 for each plate we wanted to use. Now, we are all members who pay $1600 per year but we paid our dollar each for the plates. Was a great relaxing day at the Spa. We celebrated a Bridal shower, had a great brunch. Herbal wrap and fun by the pool. Could not ask for a better Sunday with friends.
The new front manager is not personable at all. Slow staff at front desk. They let the best bartenders Greg & Ally go. Bad mistake! The entire vibe at the spa is different. And not in a positive way. We finally got our room and we had to come back to grab our own bags, because the bellman couldn't find them with my description...?!!? We couldn't enjoy the amenities until we officially checked-in to our room, even though we arrived at 11:30am. The front desk refused to call me when our room was ready.
