This was our second time here and met some old friends who don't live far and they fell in love with it. Although There WAS NOT Enough Time To Enjoy The Spa, We WERE greeted In A Friendly manner. Bonito brought our luggage up and when we walked in to this beautiful room with a lovely balcony overlooking the water, there was this beautiful rainbow! I had a great time there the room for me was handicapped ready just right for me. Room was large enough to fit my mobile wheelchair in the room overall I loved it

A long time ago, my mother told me If you don't have anything nice to say Don't say nothing at all.
Wonderful amenities, quiet and comfortable rooms, with a friendly staff, and plenty of things to see and do.
The only reason it has been okay is that I am here with my fiance. We were just told that we had to get out of the pool because we didn't have wristbands that should have been given to us when we checked in on FRIDAY!! This is our 5th time here, and it's been disappointment after disappointment. Last time we got engaged and have been considering getting married here.... not anymore. �
Extremely disappointed in how management treated myself and my family. We paid for gift cards but they refused to either let us use them or pay money to use the facility. What business doesn't want guest. I used to frequent the spa and have spent literally thousands there. Not anymore after how they treated me like some VIP Miami party only celebrities can get into. Embarrassing being treated that way.
I m not a Sunday Brunch person, but we went there to celebrate my parent's 50th anniversary. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. the food was excellent. The atmosphere was nice. The service was very good. And the price is very reasonable for brunch of this quality. I highly recommend Safety Harbor for brunch.
We checked in and it was kind of a gloomy day so we had lunch out by the pool and the continued to get worse so we went Muse the sauna came back out to the pool and it still raining so we went to the front desk in the lady gave us a new day pass so we're very excited to be able to spend another day there and hopefully the weather will be much nicer
