Safety Harbor Spa has such a tranquil atmosphere. The Zumba class on Saturday is so fun! The steam room and hot tub whirl pool is so relaxing. It's a great place to enjoy with your friends out by the warm heated pools. The service is excellent and the people are very polite. I love everything about this place!
Staff not accomodating...a cold environment not posh or luxurious..wasn't given shoes in spite of advertising when I asked for a pair was given dollar store flops and an attitude! Lack of Spa music, waiting room ....uncomfortable chairs, a complete revolving door with staff running in and out, very loud. The changing rooms had no chairs, I was bruised during my facial....will not go back!
A wonderful place in a wonderful town. The facility is luxurious, the staff extremely friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is first-rate for any meal. The view of Tampa Bay is extraordinary. Spa services, fitness classes and gym are the best. We will be back for sure!
Management was absolutely rude, booked my room being told I would be able to cancel up until 4pm today, and she assured me that would happen, called to cancel today, and then lady told me no, then charged my card $200, and hung up on me, when I called back and all she had to say was "yeah." Obviously Sylvia needs replaced or retrained. A beautiful place with a helpful and friendly staff for any size event or occasion.
Always have a great experience.. we live in sarasota and try to make it here at least a few times a year.
My husband and I made reservations for Sunday Brunch but when we arrived our name was not on the list. Although we were upset about that we did get in and enjoyed the Brunch.
Beautiful resort. The staff went out of there way to be friendly and helpful.
