What a bizarre experience. Chap came to my door so I spoke to him for five minutes. Then he asked to go to my toilet. Wasn't entirely comfortable but I let him. Anyway, he came out and said 'I wouldn't go in there for a while'. As we were going down the stairs he told me I didn't have any toilet paper and that he'd used water. I didn't ask how he'd done it. How many times do I have to tell you in a week that I don't want new windows. Also my door says "No Cold Callers". I'm not sure I can trust a company who's employees can't read.. Which ironically makes this review pointless.. as you know.. they need to read it
Got them to quote me for replacing four windows and a set of French doors. They asked for £5000, nearly double what other firms had quoted me. That's with the claimed 40% discount! Turned up 50 minutes late and the guy had no interest in being there.
