We were passing through and shut our truck door too hard i suppose because the glass in passenger side just shattered!!! They fit us in an within the hour we were back on the road. Everyone there was over friendly and really made us feel at ease!!! Good job Satellite Auto in Chattanooga
Local company may be fine but the website for the national company is very sketchy. They quote one price then after you sign up the start adding costs. By the time they were done it was almost 30% higher than the original quote. Very deceptive business practices.
This company did a windshield repair that did not hold. Then they "lost" my records and would not warrant their work. Scammers.
My experience has been lousy. If you own a Volvo do not have your glass replaced by Safelite. I have a permanent rattle in my dashboard also material separating were window sets on dash. They have replaced my window twice and returned the third time only to be told that my issues are from Volvo not there installation and inferior glass. The weight in there glass is less than Volvo. I was told the only difference between there glass and Volvo was a stamp on the window. I have now paid Safelite approx $300.00 and have to pay V... read more
Had an appointment between 3-3:30, I'm standing outside at 3 waiting on my gutter guy. Walk the gutter guy to back of house come back around and Safelite is driving off. Really can't wait 5 mins or even try and call all along while I'm standing in back yard. Lost my business !!!!!!

Was given the time frame of 8-5 (huge time frame-someone needs to learn how to schedule). Due to the bad weather, we called at noon to ensure the weather wouldn't be an issue. We were promised it wouldn't. 5:00 rolls around and no one has shown up. I call to see what's going on. The operator calls the technician and says he won't be here until 6:00 and would that be ok.
