Horrible job, there was glass left on my floor . I can only imagine how much glass went down my vents . They also did not install the rubber molding at the top of my windshield , so I had to go back and have them fix that and then the windshield started leaking so I went back so they could fix that and the bill was supposed to be $169.?? Out the door but it ended up being $197.??
I had a technician by the the name of John he was very friendly and explained everything to me as he was doing it
We bought new wiper blades from the Knoxville store. They installed them on the spot. Got to use them this weekend, and were very pleased with them. Would recommend them highly to anybody.

They cancelled my apointment two times because they did not have a enough time to finish it before quitting time. Then when I did get the windshield replace you can tell the quality of the windshield is not like the original. This one did not have the sun shade on the top also there is noticeable more road noise and rain sensor don't work as good. One month after install the trim is popping off. Word of advice if you are going to use them take it to their garage.
They had an issue putting my new windshield in,and it cracked.They came back within the week to replace that windshield.It went in without a hitch,and even sent me a little something for my inconvience..
Scheduled my appointment for today for between 8-12 Jordan was here by 9 at my office and fixed my windshield right up and it looks great!
