RecommendedGreat job and customer service!
Windshield trim was not install correctly. It allowed water to get inside the body of the car. Tried to schedule a warranty appointment, but earliest available date for them to come to come to me is 1/7/19, and the earliest date I can go to them is 1/3/19. What am I supposed to do until then? I feel the whole job was half-assed at best.
In the last few months both of our cars have gotten dinged with rocks on the interstate. Jordan has been the one to come fix them both times and each time he has been friendly, respectful, and punctual. Even with it being 35 degrees out, he still showed up with a smile and left with a "God Bless You."

Broke the A pillar cover in my truck. December 27 as of today they have yet to replace it.
My husband got his back window replaced in a Ford F150. It started leaking so we took it back to get fixed. My husband put our children in the truck. Placed our infant son back on his carseat base and left. Get down the road and go around a curve and his carseat flips over thankfully our daughter kept him from falling in the floor. They had unlatched his base. My husband had no clue so he pulled over and fixed it. Get home to realize the seat belts won't work correctly.
