Safelite should know what your car needs they should not be calling you to tell you to call your dealership. Prior to asking you questions they should be verifying themselves. If I knew what it took to replace windshield I could have done it myself. If I was given a better option I would not be sitting here waiting for them to change out. If you cannot hirer and train people to do a job don’t hirer them. Or at least train them. Worst experience ever had getting a repair. The chip was very small. After the repair it continued to crack. Here is what their warranty is worth. They will replace my windshield and I will pay for it minus the cost of the initial repair. No thanks safelite, I’m done with you. Should have taken the advice of the local auto glass shop.
Service was exceptional. Can barely see where the chip was. Lifetime warranty makes it worth it. Highly recommend.
Safelite met and exceeded all my expectations. Josh worked quickly and has such a well organized routine, he never had to wonder about what to do next or where that tool was. The lady who took the order was careful to get all pertinent information so Josh was able to do the work completely.
Wonderful service, all the people were nice, comfortable waiting area, and they were very fast getting things done, even though replacement was unexpected.
