RecommendedI had a shattered windshield and got it replaced in one day! All is good again with my windshield and they were very fast and helpful by vacuuming out the splintered glass fragments!
Don't try to repair chips! I now have two new cracks and can't get a replacement windshield for a week!
They did a wonderful job! Very personable, fixed faster than expected. Waiting room has drinks and snacks. Randy was great, explained everything, cleaned everything very well!
Sorry SafeLite. You are very good at facilitating a well managed service visit, but must say I was VERY dissapointed in the outcome today. Just need to repair a little chip, but then whoops, you crack the windshield while "repairing it"...oh, and how convenient your tech had a replacement brochure right there after further damaging my windshield. Smells suspiciously scam like. Worse yet, since USAA outsources all this to you, SafeLite refuses to reimburse my $80.00 out of pocket to get it repaired CORRECTLY. USAA and SafeLit... read more
They came and installed my windshield on site. There was a stress crack during the install. They provided me a rental while I the new glue cures. I'm happy. Thanks Mark Davis, manager.
This placed tried to hustle me. I took my 2008 Honda ridgeline here to get the rear sliding glass fixed. They looked at it for maybe a minute and said " its to hard of a job and would take to long" so then they continued to tell me if have to just pay 700 dollars to get the whole rear window fixed. I said absolutely not, bought the sliding glass piece off of them and went home and did it myself in about 45 minutes. Picture this. On vacation. Need to leave the next day b/c rental period over. They are too busy try and fit us in. They are the required company by my insurance. The company we are supposed to use in such an emergency. Have a 12 hour drive to make, with children in the car, and a busted windshield.
