Four days ago I wrote a review of my positive experience. Today, I had to delete it. The instillation process was smooth and easy. Front desk associate was great. Today it rained. The interior of my truck is soaked and they can’t get to me to fix it for 4 more days. It’s going to rain for the next 48 hours. Also, there is no way to communicate with them via telephone, you have to text or email.

ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE. I went in to get a small chip fixed in my 2019 car and oops the entire windshield is cracked now. They said I now have to pay my deductible to replace my windshield on my own dime... they also said AFTER cracking my windshield that this was a possibility. Wow that would have been nice to know BEFORE they touched my car. I called the manager to talk this over because he just so happened to not be there when this happened and he completely insulted my intelligence. We appreciate your feedback, Kristin. Repairs are only an attempt to reinforce the structural integrity of a damaged piece of glass. Due to the existing damage compromising the glass, we're not able to determine how the glass will respond to the repair attempt.
I had an appointment on 7-28 from 0800-1200, had several email confirmations of this appointment. So I waited from 0800-1200 and nothing, a no-show , no phone call nothing! I called a 12:00 and they tried to call the technician and did not get an answer from the technician. Fast forward to 2:00 still no answer or a phone call from safelite. Manager calls at 3:00 and said they will do it tomorrow 7-29. At 0750 on the 29th safelite calls and cancels my appointment. Never again will I use Safelite.

Will never use them again ! My passenger wiper blade rain sensor was broken! My mirror was not centered and the 2nd tech Donald who was sent out to fix the repair had horrible custom service skills!!

Had window replaced. Staff was great and friendly. Job actually took less time than they expected and the clean up afterward was exceptional. Explained what could be expected after the work was done. I have always been pleased with the work done by Safelite. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Can’t say enough good things about this company. A tree limb fell on my truck and shattered the windshield. Called Safelite and setup appointment and prepaid with Paypal. Their tech, Robert, came to the Eastern Shore. Windshield could not be installed because of body damage that wasn’t visible and new windshield would eventually crack. Robert suggested I take it to an auto body shop. He credited my Paypal account, and even though he wasn’t installing a new windshield, he vacuumed up the shattered glass inside and out and put... read more
