This is my experience of Safe2, an NRLA advertised supplier. Property due a 5yr EICR cert, Previous electrician retired, had noticed SAFE2 promo on NRLA. Boiler service/cert also due so booked both certificates Noticed the promised 5% discount was not included on invoice, even though I had clicked through from NRLA. EICR completed without hassle (although my city has many electricians, the engineer had travelled a distance) But boiler engineer cancelled by text on the day of appointment. fair enough these things happen.
