Imran who carried out the work for my sister was superb, clear explanations on why certain aspects had to be completed, estimate was spot on and at our request completed additional work such as replacing a smoke detector and outside light. We cannot recommend Safe Spark more highly. (Wish we could give 6 stars)...
Imran's work has been impeccable in all the varied services he has carried out for me. He is an excellent electrician with reasonable rates. He has to date installed my house lights, television, video doorbell, smoke alarms and bathroom fan. In all these tasks he has been very efficient, competent and a pleasure to be around.
From first contact Imran is the consummate professional. He’s able to diagnose the problem and find solutions where possible. In our situation poor prior workmanship flagged up faults in multiple places, consistent with fuses being tripped inconsistently. He advised to take the faulty parts out of commission, as based on the location, it couldn’t be replaced. Great service from Imran. Came to fix a faulty socket and then I asked him to return to add a new socket. Great communication, arrived on time, polite and tidy. Good job all round. Would recommend.
