Stuff is the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had. From armor to a belt. Highly disappointed.
RecommendedI ordered a vest carrier (no ballistic panels) and, to my chagrin, in the wrong size and thinking that my department issued panels would fit. Well, also turned out my panels would not fit. This company bent over backwards to make my order right (in a very short amount of time) and I was able to order new panels with the new carrier. I emailed your company today with no response. I have a Medium Small Level IIIa+ tactical vest. On your website, it says your level IV 10X12 plates fit my vest. I also own AR500 10X12 plates that do not fit in the pockets of this particular Safe Life Defense vest. Is there a typo on the sizing for your plates for my Medium Small vest?

The FRAS is prob one of the coolest vests I've ever seen, its just too bad it's being sold by Safe Life Defense. The FRAS took 5 months to arrive didn't fit, and the exchange sizes were not in stock to ship out. (they had my height weight and waist, provided over the phone, before i ordered and I bought the recomendeded size) The exchange and return/ refund process are broken, and that's being nice. Has anyone actually received their body armor from these scam artists? My SO and I ordered our vests over five weeks ago and have not received them. We have friends who have ordered them before us and have not received them. I have contacted them and they said their lead time was three weeks but when I called them out on it already having been five weeks they backtracked and said they meant an additional three weeks lead time. When you respond to a car wrecked or other emergency as a priest for “last rites,” the last thing I wanted to be worried about was fumbling around with my book, oils, and stole. Love how my carrier came out!
I personally own the level iiia+, level IV icw plates and a FRAS. I’ve been nothing but happy with all of them, and the customer service I’ve received from the guys at safe life
