Placed order over a month ago, I have sent them messages via Facebook and they read them and do not respond! Scam scam scam scam DO NOT BUY

Took way to long from time I ordered to time it will actually arrive.. been about a month already and now there robotic response is another possible 3 or more weeks plus 3-4 days shipping. Terrible customer service..
Very disappointed with SLD. I ordered a vest, I ordered two actually, one for myself and one for my brother-in-law who is on the job in Dallas Texas. I ordered mine because I work in armed executive protection. I ordered the size I was told to get by the person I spoke with on the phone. I received the vest and it was too big. RecommendedI was holding on a review until I got a real feel for the product. I ordered the concealable multi threat level iiia vest. When I placed the order it showed back order 6-8 weeks. Fine I understand with all this covid stuff going on. At the 4th week I received a call from customer service going over the order and was informed my order would be shipping either later that day or the following day at the latest. The worst. It’s been like 4 or 5 months... still don’t have my vest for work. And when I called to see where it’s at? I got a whole lot of attitude and shamed for being too big. So yeah, the worst. Never again.
So, I don’t normally write reviews. But I felt the customer service team deserved a shout out. I’ve had the classic duty belt for almost a couple of months, upon arrival I was impressed with the product overall. But it seemed to me like the velcro wasn’t working properly anymore. I let the safe life team know about the issue, that there wasn’t any sign of wear or malfunction and that it honestly could be the gear or amount of gear I had on the belt. Worst experience I’ve had with a company thus far. The communication is horrible. They took forever to respond, very rarely did they answer the phone. The carrier I ordered did not fit, even though I used their sizing guide inputting my height and weight to which they chose the size for me. I paid for overnight shipping ($50+) and it took them 3 days to get the carrier out.
