Recommended5 star customer service !! If you call a human answers the phone and gets you taken care of. I had to switch colors of my vest and they got me hooked up with no additional cost! After seeing my vest my chief is ordering the rest of the department a vest. Only complaint about the vest is the pockets. I need them just a smidge bigger. Other than that the material and stitching is great! I Don’t think you’ll be disappointed if you buy one from here!
I have had an terrible experience with safelife still have not got my order I call and call no one picks up or calls me back I have sent emails and no one has responded the only time I have received a call back was about 9 weeks ago and then they told me they didn’t order the stuff for My vest and would have to order it it would be about 6 weeks from then well here we are 9 weeks later and no vest there customer service to me they don’t a customer service I have yet to talk to any one from there but yet do you think a big co... read more
Ordered a 3a+ vest from the guys excellent. Customer service was delivered when they said . Fit just right straight out of the box .
I just received my armor 3 days ago now and it was a perfect fit. While my armor was on back order, it still arrived in a decent time after I finished my payments, and customer service was fantastic with communication and answering any questions. The armor itself is comfortable and fairly breathable, and it doesn't affect my mobility whatsoever. It's nice to have that much more protection while at work and a better sense of safety. Thank you!
Great vest comfortable and got here sooner than expected.
100% love my tactical belt, super comfortable and easy to manage with new accessories. I accidentally had an elastic band break at my own fault, asked how to replace it via email and next day I have an email telling me a couple replacements are in the mail. I know that it's a simple little gesture but really, it means a ton when you go that little bit extra for your customer. Big thanks guys.

Level IIIa Uniform vest arrived today. Arrived 1 day earlier then I expected. (Super happy about that) Unboxing the vest, I was somewhat skeptical that the vest was going to be too large or too small. To my surprise, the vest fit perfectly in the shoulders straight from box, and only minor changes needed on the sides. NOTE: I ordered the 3XL size since I’m 6’5” tall at 260 lbs.
