Ordered a High-Vis First Response Multi Threat Vest IIIA+ which they estimated would ship in 6 weeks and it shipped in only 5; also ordered a Uniform carrier shirt which shipped within a day with personalized name patch. When I placed my order I really had my fingers crossed that I was going to be able to give a stunning review. I admire the spirit of Safe Life and their commitment to providing low cost/no cost protection to those who need it. I really wanted to give them 5 stars. ordered a vest a month and a half ago and still waiting. 3 weeks ago they said it would ship within the next 3 weeks and here I am still waiting 3 weeks later. Called them 5 times today and no answer.
Highly recommended. Fit chart is very accurate. Order time was pretty much spot on. Very comfortable. Customer service was awesome. Very quick to call back after I had left a message. (Just changed addresses, no issue with order). Great company.
I just received my level 111+ . First off the customer service was fantastic, 2nd it arrived a lot sooner then expected and last but definitely not the least the quality of the vest and the comfort of it is amazing . You can go to these high end distributors and get fitted for one and wait 3 months and it will cost you double.
