After browsing the Safe Hands website, I called into the Folkestone branch to enquire about repairing or replacing my 3 wheeled walker. Neil and Francesca were extremely welcoming and very good at establishing my needs. In addition, Neil's quick thinking found me a budget friendly replacement walker which I could take home straight away. Today I went into Safe Hands mobility centre in Cheriton/ Folkestone. I was looking for an electric arm chair for my disabled mum. A lovely lady supported us to select the correct one for mums needs, which was then taken out to the van and delivered within an hour. Mum is very happy with her purchase and also the service. I would highly recommend this shop and will definitely visit again.
