This is now the third order we’ve placed with this company, and each one has been problematic. Every order has either been delayed, arrived late, or involved poor communication throughout the process. There appears to be a serious disconnect between departments. We’ve had to chase products repeatedly, often receiving no response at all. When we do get a delivery date, the items don’t show up, and it then takes days to get an update. Very unreliable delivery service and terrible communication. They have given me 3 delivery dates and have been no shows for all 3. Very frustrating
I cannot recommend this company in any way. It is utter chaos. They do not reply to emails. They do not keep you updated. They miss items off your order and then tell you completely conflicting information regarding delivery. I am so disappointed. Still waiting after weeks and I am more confused than ever. Update 1st May - Things have got so bad that I have had to cancel my order of 3 sets of very large gates. I still have not received them and they cannot tell me when I will.
