My one year old had a procedure done today in the surgery center. The staff was amazing! I barely had any questions because they answered them before I could ask!

I came in at 8:30pm im 31 weeks pregnant and I'm not from here I live in the gulf shores area. I came in with pain on my kidney, took them 40 minutes to bring me up to the maternity triage, I waited an hour for the doctor to come in my room.. Asked me about a million questions while I was dying in pain, he said I needed an ultrasound of my kidney and start on fluids and pain meds. First meds didn't help... Second dose of something else helped a little then they gave me a shot which finally helped. But between those I had to ... read more
With the experiences I have had with Sacred Heart, I just hope if I ever need to go to an emergency room, I can get to Baptist or West Florida, because it seems that Sacred Heart just don't care how their admin does their jobs, docs were great, but admin was a total disaster because they just seem they don't care about the patients. They act as though patients are a nuisance.
Thought I had a good MD with Dr Hickman but after problem with staff member I was sent certified letter dropping me as his patient with no reason. Have good insurance. Called to find out why and got no answer and no return call. Don't trust you may not be there for long.
