My 21 month old daughter had surgery to have her adenoids removed this morning and the entire staff from the surgical check-in to the recovery was amazing! Everyone was very nice and empathetic and kept me her father and I informed every step of the way. Thank you to all who are a part of this team, whether they were on our journey or someone elses path.
Excellent! Saved my life from Cancer! Was very fortunate to go to the ER and have doctors determine within a few days determine what was wrong with me. Also, have stayed in the Cancer unit on the second floor. Nurses have been very knowledgeable and follow strict Chemotherapy protocols. Overall excellent! Was very close to death first time I went into Hospital.
I knew from the expansions that this wonderful hospital is where ee would ho for health care. As we just moved here. Never did I think the would be saveing my life. But here we are. Oncologists here are and nurses go beyond to make the patients know they are first and foremost young, old, and in between ( me ) they really do thier best for all of us@ God Bless Sacred Heart hospital and all who walk thru their doors!

Jeff my ER RN is the absolute best!! Kind, compassionate and funny as can be, made a scary situation a lot better!! The best care does come from the heart!!

Not a real big fan of Sacred Heart at this time. Yes I realized I owed money on a test that was done and had been making payments on it. I called to let the billing department know what I could pay and it was refused. Why would I agree to pay on a payment plan for X amount of money when I told them what I could pay? Anyway...... I told them I had just recently had surgery and wanted to also wait and see what the total of the hospital bill would be so I could go to my bank and take out a loan to pay it all off.
