I would Like to THANK all the staff at Sacred Hearth Medical system in Pensacola. I was there for out patient surgery on Tuesday Sept 13, 2016. Check in was without any hiccups and handled in a very professional manor. The Pre-op nurse Ms. Cheryl was a hoot and took me in stride. Dr. Caluda and the OR nurses took Great care of me and the surgery more involved than expected went fantastic, I don't remember them much as I just slept through it all. I was recently admitted to your hospital due to an infarction in my spleen. The care I received was first rate. To the nurses on the 5th floor that put up with me, I have nothing but praises.

We were on vacation at Pensacola Beach and my husband got sick with flu like symptoms . We visited the walk-in clinic at 2569 Gulf Breeze Parkway. We saw Michelle Rottner. This clinic was fantastic. The man at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. The wait was short and the care was excellent. Michelle was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this clinic. The Sacred Heart website evidently hasn't been updated Ina while because this clinic is a walk-in clinic but you can't find it on the main webs... read more

Our family is forever thankful for such good maternal care with our twin pregnancy. Very professional, detail oriented prenatal care. And thanks to Sacred Heart Docs, we were able to get a heads up on premature labor and were able to get in two rounds of steroid shots to help our little girls ahead of time. We felt so secure in a high risk pregnancy by seeing this group. Healthy, happy girls and Mom here! Especially thanks to Dr. Schwartz.

The ER immediately started getting me evaluated the second I walked into the door, I didn't even get a chance to sit down. They are awesome fast when they know you need it! Unfortunately, this is an extremely packed out hospital. & they are terribly busy so I believe a few things were lost in translation. I was later admitted and the staff was extremely awesome & caring.....especially when I definitely would be considered a trouble patient. Awesome hospital. Awesome staff. My son came into Sacred Hearts Outpatient Surgery today, & the service was excellent! The phone pre op nurse Michele was great, Pre op nurse Cheryl was Amazing, & Amy in recovery was Awesome as well. Thank you all so much!

My mom has been waiting for two weeks now for a referral. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!! When she hadn't heard anything in a week (after being told there is a 48hr turnaround), she made an appt with her primary care dr for the sole reason to get the referral. That was Tuesday morning. Her dr told her he would put "stat" on the referral and someone would call her by today. Well they did NOT! How you can actually treat people this way is beyond me!
